Account Manager

 

The Account Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned accounts within territory including: Sales, Marketing, product development and profitability.

 

                       

 

 Sales

 

  • Work with Regional Sales Manager to develop an annual business plan that clearly outlines the Product, Sales and Marketing direction of ’47 within the territory
  • Weekly league assessment of YTD Sales vs LYTD
  • Forecasting and strategic planning to achieve 100% target bonus  
  • Identify opportunities to effect change and build market share

 

Account Management

 

  • Foster and develop key relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts
  • Weekly collaboration with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained at the store level

 

  • Ensure proper product assortment and placement within each account
  • Share feedback from meetings regarding product, pricing, and feedback with Regional Sales Manager

 

Marketing Initiatives

 

  • Develop and execute in store and online marketing initiatives
  • Communicate and uphold brand standards within accounts  

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 Years of sales and management experience
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, including the abilities to elicit      information, actively listen, verbalize ideas, manage and resolve conflicts
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clear, concise, written      messages through memos, e-mails and reports
  • Strong understanding of retail math, seasonal assortment planning, business      planning, retailer relationships and the leadership product process
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships at the district      manager level
