BSN Sports, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic professional with a positive attitude to join our team as a Branch Manager in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

  

The Branch Manager is responsible for optimizing sales, gross margin and maximizing market share in the assigned territory. The primary duties include recruiting new Sales Pros; coaching and training Sales Pros on product knowledge, professional sales techniques, developing new customers, and achieving an individual sales goal for assigned accounts/territory.  Additional responsibilities include budgeting, planning, forecasting and participation at sales meetings and regional trade shows.

  

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Coach and train Sales Professionals on product knowledge, company policy and procedures.
  • Motivate Sales Pros to exceed goals and develop professional sales habits.
  • Develop new accounts and increasing sales in current account.
  • Resolve problems on a timely basis; and managing Sales Pros to adhere to company policy.
  • Time in the field with Sales Pros/Customers is expected to be ten (15) or more business days a month as well as participating in regional Coaches Clinics/Shows and AD Conferences.
  • Achieve Sales Goal for the territory.
  • Recruit and develop a pipeline of future Sales Pros including interviewing and recruiting the best talent to join our team.
  • Plan growth of market share, sales, and contribution; budgeting and forecasting sales of products.
  • Assist RSM and VP in planning and presentations for Sales Meetings, and, participate in Purchasing Meetings or training as needed.

 

   Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Must be a motivational leader that earns the respect of the Sales Team and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and resolve problems effectively.
  • Must demonstrate superior sales skills and be an effective teacher/coach.
  • Computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to master SAP order entry processes is essential.
