BSN SPORTS needs a Field Sales Pro to join our team in the North Central Wisconsin area and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a sales pro, you’ll act as a consultant to key decision makers like coaches, athletic directors, and principals. You will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit. You’ll accomplish this by offering the best-in-class sports apparel and equipment in the industry.
·Generate revenue and meet sales targets
·Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
·Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels
·Utilize data-driven business intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities
Required Skills and Competencies:
·Customer service driven
·Self-starter with competitive drive
·Excellent time management
·Strong problem solving and follow up
·Excellent written and verbal communication
·Coaching or sports related background; or 3+ years’ business to business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods)
·Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet/Intranet, and iPad use strongly preferred
