Located in So. Cal. we have immediate openings for energetic independent sales reps  in select territories.  We have a GENEROUS commission structure selling the FLOJOS brand which consists of men’s and women’s fashion, casual and beach sandals, outdoor sandals and also men’s footwear.     

 Essential Qualifications:

*Passion for the customer, fashion and developing new clients

*Positive and energetic attitude

*Strong communication skills, ability delivery persuasive presentations, as well as the ability to create strong, lasting relationships

*Minimum 3 years of related Industry Sales experience

*Complimentary (not competitive) product lines in your portfolio

*Working knowledge of the territory marketplaces for National, regional and independent account base

*Strong organization, planning, and time management skills

*Ability to adapt in a dynamic, growing business

*Self-starter, with strong energy, enthusiasm, and sales orientation

*Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

*Referenceable wholesale relationships for quality of account management and service, success in responsibly building branded business

*Experience with footwear/sandal Sales an asset

 

Duties and responsibilities:

*Strengthen relationships with established customers through a cadence of daily customer calls, while continuously identifying and nurturing potential new customers

*Create and execute compelling presentations to customers that demonstrate solid business acumen and a strong understanding of product assortment and marketing programs

*Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue at the account level as well as across the entire territory

*Plan and implement strategies to identify and create new business and/or new customer opportunities

*Build sales forecasts by line and account, and be able to analyse and communicate customer POS data  

*Collaborate with marketing and product development on new product ideas based on understanding of customer’s needs

*Willing to travel for territory sales contacts and sales meetings

*Willing to travel to and work regional and national trade shows, including Surf Expo, Atlanta Shoe Show, Platform and Outdoor Retailer, often times over weekends
